Both novolaks and resols are prepared in similar equipment, shown dia-grammatically in Figure 23.16. The resin kettle may be constructed from copper, nickel or stainless steel where novolaks are being manufactured. By comparison with these flaws in the use of representation, the second of our three examples above (Pb -I- MgO PbO + Mg) contains valid words , and also obeys grammatical stmcture, yet is still not good chemistiy. This example is analogous to a false statement in English, such as there are 12 days in a week , or the modem science of chemistiy derived from the ancient art of tasseography .

Example experiments using the previous methodologies are shown in Fig. 6.1. The major mRNA constructs described in this chapter are dia-grammatically represented in Fig. 6. IB and an example of in vitro transcribed and polyadenylated R-luc-4 sites mRNA is shown in Fig. 6.1A. In these experiments, translation of R-luc-4 sites mRNA is synergistically promoted by the physiological cap structure and the poly (A) tail (Fig. 6.1C), and full miR-dependent translational repression requires the presence of both modifications (Fig. 6.ID, Humphreys etal., 2005). Section Five Is a review of writing basics. The parts of speech and common grammatical errors are explained and made goof-proof. Spelling, punctuation marks, and capitalization are also covered. 

Unnecessary shifts from one tense to another not only sound unskilled, but may obscure meaning as well. For instance, when describing an event in the past, all verbs should be in the past tense. This seems like an obvious point, but tense shifts account for a large share of grammatical errors, and may be easily remedied.

Revision takes place on a couple of levels the big picture or essay level, and the paragraph level. It makes sense to look at your writing on these levels first, before jumpig into editing or proofreading. Think of it this way Why take the time to correct grammatical errors and reword sentences if you might delete those sentences later in the revision process ... 

Proofread the following paragraph for grammatical mistakes. Make changes to improve the clarity and structure of the sentences as well.
