The other two metabolites identified (Mi and Mg) are glucuronic acid conjugates since hydrolysis by B-glucuronidase produces iopronic acid (M3) and 2-hydroxylethyl(3-acetamido-2,4,6-triiodo-phenyl)ether (Mi ) respectively.
