Frontal character

Photopolymerization of the monomeric composition has been carried out under the covering medical glass (0.10-0.15 mm thick) with the aim of preventing inhibition by oxygen in the surface layer of the photocomposition and in its local (at the point of a laser beam reflection) deformation caused by tensions at the phase boundary (solid and liquid) division at the frontal character of a process. 

Third, many physical disorders also affect mental attitudes and behavior. In Ips nitidus, sex of beetles was determined under stereomicroscope by means of sex specific differences of hair density on head and pronotum as described for Ips typographus by Schlyter Cederholm (1981). Ips nitidus females had more densely haired frontal part of pronotum and the frons from forehead view then males. In I. nitidus, other morphological sexual differences exist in the shape and size of the frontal and lateral tubercles on lateral margins of the elytral declivity, but these characters are more difficult for practical use. 

For an adsorption process the enthalpy change is invariably an exotherm, and is a function of the acidic and basic characters of the adsorbate and the adsorbent surface. With modern calorimetric techniqnes this enthalpy change is relatively easily measured. Furthermore, for adsorptions onto materials with low specific surface areas it can be more accurately measured than the qnantities of adsorbate. However, as will be described in more detail, FMC in conjnnction with frontal analysis nsing HPLC detectors offers the ability to measure both the enthalpic changes and the qnantities of adsorbate.
