FP 200 cable

Silicon rubber Introducing organic compounds into synthetic rubber produces a good insulating material such as FP 200 cables. 

FP 200 cable is similar in appearance to an Ml cable in that it is a circular tube, or the shape of a pencil, and is available with a red or white sheath. However, it is much simpler to use and terminate than an Ml cable. 

In a normally closed circuit, the alarm call points are connected in series to normally closed contacts as shown in Fig. 3.120. When the alami is initiated, or if a break occurs in the wiring, the alarm is activated. TTie sounders and master control unit must be wired in Ml or FP 200 cable, but the call points may be wired in PVC insulated cable since this circuit will always fail safe .
