Mix Penetration Strength. The force required to create a short through a separator due to mix (electrode material) penetration defines mix penetration strength. The matrix has a porous ceramic structure consisting of LiAlOz. It is usually impregnated with the electrolyte liquid maintained by capillary force. Mixed carbonate of LizCOs and K2CO3 or of Li2C03 and NazCOs is used as the electrolyte. 

Light spindle oil was forced-mixed into a water-soluble surfactant continuously. Using the forementioned sheet and the method as described in Fig. 4, this oil-containing solution is treated. Figure 5 shows the variation of the oil content at the exit (point A in the figure). The condition of the oil droplets (sampled at points B and C in the figure) before and after the treatment is illustrated in Fig. 6.
