Under the protection of nitrogen, the compound 3.5a (1.5 g, 4.90 mmol), di-ethylphosphoric acid (1.92 g, 9.80 mmol) and DMAP (1.79 g, 14.7 mmol) were dissolved in dichloromethane (50 mL), and then, EDCl (1.88 g, 9.80 mmol) was added at 0 °C. The reaction was stirred at room temperature for 18 h. TLC showed that the reaction was completed. The reaction was quenched by saturated sodium bicarbonate solution (30 mL), and the aqueous phase was extracted with dichloromethane (3 X 100 mL) and then washed with saturated brine (3 X 10 mL). The combined organic phase was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate. After filtration, the solvent was removed by reduced pressure, the resulting crude product was isolated and purified by flash column chromatography (PE/EA = 1 1) to obtain a hydroxyl esterified product as 1.95 g colorless liquid (R/= 0.21, PE/EA = 1 1), yield 82 %.
