Ergonomics satisfaction

Applied ergonomics has become a major element in the practice of safety. Because of the prominence of musculoskeletal injuries within the universe of occupational injuries and illnesses, safety practitioners must achieve broad knowledge in applied ergonomics. As ergonomics emerged to attain the prominence it now has, opportunities arose for achievement, recognition, and professional satisfaction far beyond what has been typical for safety professionals.

The design of hypermedia systems can be studied and analysed fiom several theoretical and pragmatic viewpoints in this paper, the field is viewed from the perspective of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and cognitive ergonomics. Of primary concern here are those factors which influence the ease of use of a system. Hypermedia systems are at heart interactive they store information in the form of nodes and links which connect nodes, and must present these in such a way that people can use the system effectively, efficiently and with satisfaction. The underlying stmcture, while central to the system, is not intrinsically visible to the user. Hypermedia systems must be designed to inform the user adequately about their content and stmcture, and must provide the user with the means for exploration, navigation and control means which do not exceed the capabilities of that user. 

Worker safety and health is critical for employers in all industries. The science of ergonomics impacts the quality of life and job satisfaction for workers while affecting the financial success of the employer. Many organizations have dedicated programs and research to support this growing field. 

Furthermore, it was noticed that all of the professional cyclists evaluated in this study, presented inaccuracies in the seat adjustment, demonstrating the ignorance between the ergonomics for the correct adequacy for the men-bicycle system. This ergonomic application, besides to increase the security, the satisfaction and the welfare of the cyclists, also looks for reaching a better yield in the pedaling. 

In ergonomics, there are three general classes of relationships with overlaps among them. One kind of relationship focuses on performance and productivity. Safety and health forms the second. The third is satisfaction and involves such concepts as comfort, convenience, and being attractive and pleasant. 

Description of hazard. Ergonomics is the science of fitting workplace conditions and job demands to the capabilities of the worker. Effective and successful "fits" help ensure high productivity, reduce illness and injury risks, and increase satisfaction among the workforce. Although the scope of ergonomics is much broader, the term here refers to assessing those work-related factors that may pose a risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and recommendations to alleviate them.
