If you want to write on the chart, go to the VIEW menu and select TOOLBARS and DRAWING. Select the Text Box tool from the Drawing toolbar, click inside your chart, and you can begin typing words. You can move the words around and change their format. You can draw arrows on the chart with the Arrow tool. If you double click on a data point on the chart, a box appears that allows you to change the plotting symbols. [Pg.36]

Adding a control to a worksheet is a three-step process first, you display the Forms toolbar (Figure 8-1) then you use the Forms toolbar to draw the desired control finally, you set the control properties. For example, for a list box, the control properties are (i) the range of values to be displayed in the list and (ii) the cell link, the cell to which the list box returns a value. There are two modes in which the user can draw streams. Connect Mode and Temporary Connect Mode. Connect Mode is more convenient for drawing several streams at a time. To enter the connect mode, click on Connect Mode on the main toolbar when in the connect mode, the cursor will change to the Connect Mode Cursor. The simulation will remain in the connect mode after you draw the stream(s). To leave the connect mode and return to select mode, click on Arrow next to Connect Mode.
