Industry Involvement. The innovative aspect of this work consists in considering also the level of the fee paid by each class along with the profit that the provider gains. The aim of this paper is to derive the optimal memher-ship fee for the two priority classes that maximizes the profit for the wehsite provider with respect to the constraints about costs and profits of advertisements and simultaneously minimize the probability that a class is not served. To meet his target, the service provider has to take into account the profit gained when a client of each class access the website and the cost of service denial for each class. The above considerations and constraints formulate a multiobjective optimization problem, including the optimal number of reserved resource for the priority classes. The problem is solved with respect to the fee that has to be paid by the priority classes. The solution of this problem provides the maximum profit for the service provider. 

The solution that we propose does not completely remove the need for some sort of global functionality during the voting process we require the use of clocks that are synchronized between election locations but demonstrate that this solution is much more robust against a denial of service attack. 

Many of the issues relating to CW are not open to conclusive solutions there are too many contradictions and uncertainties. Chemical weapons have some military utility as weapons of attrition and denial, and because of their psychological effect, but they are not unreservedly advantageous to the user. Chemical warfare can be indiscriminate and inhumane, but it is not automatically more so than...
