Before finishing, woven fabrics have to be desized again, which has a major impact on sewage in textile processing. There are two possibilities to reduce sewage contamination  [Pg.149]

Ultrafiltration is a procedure to reconcentrate the size with the help of pressure and semipermeable membranes. It uses the principle of osmosis and reverse osmosis. It is particularly suitable for sizes with stable, long-chained molecules. [Pg.149]
