Did you discover unsuspected talents Here we look for any mention of what the student is good at. This can be communication skills, knowledge on the subject, etc. Also any other skill that may have been developed during the internship. 

Dentists must possess superb diagnostic skills, supreme visual memory, and excellent manual dexterity. Most dentists work in private practice, either alone or with partners. Therefore, dentists also need business management talents, self-discipline, and communication skills. 

Professional athletes are commonly paid millions of dollars every year, making far more money than the average person will ever see in an entire lifetime, including myself. Do they earn it There is little question that they worked hard to reach their level of skill and are extraordinarily talented at what they do, but in a world where people like teachers, social workers, and other community workers can hardly make ends meet, the fairness of their salaries is decidedly debatable. 

The lack of job security has become very real with so much reorganizing and downsizing transpiring in the business community. Career pressures including increased responsibility are viewed as stressors by many workers. Some workers have jobs that are too complex for their talents, abilities, or skills.
