Colorado State University model

The major evaporation inputs are temperature, relative humidity, velocity, and evaporation rate. The evaporation rate is estimated from mathematical models for complex mixtures, solutions, or suspensions, it is measured. The Forest Service sponsored a project at Colorado State University s Aerosol Sciences Laboratory to develop a laboratory method to measure droplet evaporation rate.

Michael S. Scherman received his B.S. (Microbiology) and his M.S.B.A (Computer Information Systems) from Colorado State University, CO, USA. He has worked with Dr. Michael R. McNeil at the Mycobacteria Research Laboratories at Colorado State University since 1992, studying the structural aspects of the mycobacterial cell envelope, TB drug development, targeting of key biosynthetic enzymes, and computer modeling of metabolic and enzymatic pathways and structures.

James Wesley Ball graduated as civil engineer from Colorado State University. He also held an MS degree in civil engineering from the University of Colorado. Ball joined the US Bureau of Reclamation USBR, Denver CO, for over 30 years, supervising scale-model tests of hydraidic structures. His research was described in a number of technical publications.

Reference 9 presents results of a study aimed at assessing the performance of the simplified procedures of [41] and [42] for a wide variety of typical randomly fluctuating wind loads. The load time histories were obtained from wind tunnel measurements conducted at Colorado State University on a model representative of a typical tall building [44]. Sayamwong Hammack Jom earned his Ph.D. from the University of Colorado studying how the serotonin system is altered in the learned helplessness model, which produces an anxiety-like state. He continues to research serotonin influences on anxiety in his current position as a postdoctoral fellow at Emory University. His work has been published in such journals as The Journal of Neuroscience, Neuroscience, and Behavioral Neuroscience. He currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife. Heather.
