Centration/rotation process

Gonczy After pronuclear migration and meeting of the pronuclei in the posterior half of the embryo, the pronuclei and associated centrosomes undergo a 90° rotation while going towards the centre of the embryo. This centration/ rotation process requires intact microtubules, as well as the function of cytoplasmic dynein and dynactin components (Hyman White 1987, Gonczy et al 1999a). 

Disinfectants and Cleaning Processes Disinfectants are an integral part of cleaning processes for aseptic manufacture. They are usually purchased as con> centrated stock solutions for use they should be diluted in water of Purified Water or Water for Injection quality. They should be filtered into white areas, usually, because of their viscosity, through 0.4S pm sterilizing filters. Each diluted batch should be allocated a shelf-life, and different disinfectants should be used in documented rotation. 

The thickness of the bowl wall is dictated by the material of construction used, the maximum speed at which the bowl will be rotated, and the maximum weight of process material, feed, centrate or cake, likely to be held in the bowl. Thus the density of the process materials in use can have a major effect on the safe working speed of the bowl.
