Ursolie aeid is eonsidered one of the most promising chemopreventive agents for cancer, based on investigation of its antitumor activies [Kassi et al., 2007]. Kwon and co-workers tried to elucidate the apoptotic mechanism of ursolic acid from Comi Fructus in primary human malignant prostate tumor cells, proving that this eompound inhibit prostate cancer cell growth [Kwon et al., 2010].
