Section 15, unlike Section 7 and 9, seeks to provide protection against dangerous products already manufactured and in the hands of consumers. The Section authorizes the Commission to take two measures against such products. The first measure, authorized by subsection (c), is to require notification of the dangers which the product may present. This notification may be directed to the general public (presumably in the form of radio or television broadcasts or newspaper announcements), to manufacturers, distributors and retailers of the product, or to all identifiable purchasers and users of the product. 

Software for entertainment is also important. Hundreds of game programs are available for the personal computer, and numerous games can be played over the Internet. Many people listen to their favorite songs on their computers, watch a delayed broadcast of their fevorite television shows, or enjoy the latest films after downloading them from one of the many online distributors. Mobile devices such as smartphones make use of many Web apphcations. Users can check their e-mail, get updates on the weather, and foUow the latest developments in sports. Users of mobile devices also can use cloud computing to execute applications such as word processing on demand.

Reference has already been made (Section 8.6.2) to the cultivation necessary for preparing the right type of seedbed for grass seeds. It must be re-emphasised that grass and clover seeds are small, and should be sown shallow, and that a fine, firm seedbed is necessary. With ample moisture the seed can be broadcast. This should be on to a ribbed-rolled surface, so that the seeds fall into the small furrows made by the roller. Most fertiliser distributors can be used for broadcasting seeds, and seeds and fertihser are sometimes sown together. Seeds may then be covered with a light harrow or chain harrow or simply rolled in.
