Bibliographic synthesis

The following section describes the bibliographic synthesis of work done in the field of microwave properties of conducting polymers more as an aid to understanding rather than from the RAM material applications point of view. [Pg.377]

The purpose of this article is to present recent developments in the preparation of optically pure sulfoxides using both methods, mainly from 1990 to the present. Emphasis has been given to the bibliographic impact of each method. An application section is included after each route, especially in the case of variation in the Andersen methodology, where important advances have been achieved. It is not the aim of this article to review the chemistry of chiral sulfoxides—several excellent review articles have appeared on this subject, from the seminal review by Solladie19 in 1981 to other recent reviews.20 The literature has been surveyed up to January 1999. The preparation and utilization of chiral sulfoxides in asymmetric synthesis have been the subject of valuable comprehensive as well as specialized accounts which should be consulted for details and considered as complementary to this article. [Pg.59]

ADME properties have been recognized as a major reason for the failure of dmg candidates thus, several efforts are performed to develop molecular descriptors and models able to predict ADME properties of dmg candidates before their synthesis. Bibliographic references to theoretical aspects and QSAR studies on ADME properties are reported in the thematic bibliography. [Pg.233]

Hammersley and Handscomb, 1964) because of the everlasting influence of this short synthesis on this area of research as well as Howell s review (Howell, 1998) because of its proximity to our more specific engineering-application concerns in the field of radiative transfer. These texts provide a suflficient theoretical framework for most of the algorithms encountered in photobioreactor research and may serve as a meaningful starting point for any further bibliographic research. [Pg.63]

This chapter covers the published literature, during the year 2014, related to the development of tervalent phosphorus acid derivatives. The number of papers published required a critical selection of the bibliographic material, where the most relevant papers based on the synthesis of new tervalent phosphorus acid derivatives, the synthesis of organometallic compounds and also their applications in catalysis have been covered. Several reviews have been published in the field, with a particular emphasis on their catalytic applications. [Pg.51]

However, it should also be noted that the choice of a specific stabilizer is presently driving the bibliographic classifications many papers are specifically titled in terms of the leading stabilizer chosen for the NP preparation, and the number of agents that have been successfully applied to the synthesis of well-dispersed Cu NPs has undergone a vast increase, thus evidencing the need for a comprehensive examination of this field. [Pg.13]
