PEST. This code ( 3) was developed within the framework of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute s CLEAN (Comprehensive Lake Ecosystem Analyzer) model. A lipoprotein is a biochemical assembly that contains both proteins and lipids. The lipids or their derivatives may be covalently or noncovalently bound to the proteins.
