Itraconazole Atenolol

Drugs that may be affected by atazanavir include the following antiarrhythmics, atenolol, benzodiazepines, calcium channel blockers, cisapride, clarithromycin, ergot derivatives, HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors, immunosuppressants, indinavir, irinotecan, itraconazole, ketoconazole, oral contraceptives, PDE5 inhibitors, pimozide, rifabutin, saquinavir, tenofovir, tricyclic antidepressants, voriconazole, warfarin. 

Clinically important, potentially hazardous interactions with atenolol, cimetidine, diltiazem, itraconazole, ketoconazole, ritonavir... 

Itraconazole markedly increased the bioavailability of celiprolol and only slightly affected the pharmacokinetics of atenolol, without affecting heart rate or blood pressure These interactions are not expected to be cUnically relevant. 

In a study in 10 healthy subjects itraconazole 200 mg twice daily for 5 doses had only minor effects on the pharmacokinetics of a single 50-mg dose of atenolol and no effects on heart rate or blood pressure were seen. ...
