Hall effect anomalous

The spin-orbit interaction is also called spin-orbit effect or spin-orbit coupling, which is one cause of magnetocrystalline anisotropy. SOC, the intrinsic interaction between a particle spin and its motion, is responsible for various important phenomena, ranging from atomic fine structure to topological condensed matter physics. SOC plays a major role in many important condensed matter phenomena and applications, including spin and anomalous Hall effects, topological insulators, spintronics, spin quantum computation, and so on. 

Ga,Mn)N film prepared by post growth Mn doping using solid state diffusion shows ferromagnetic behavior at room temperature, which is confirmed by the observation of an anomalous Hall effect (Reed et al. 2001). 

Due to the presence of the anomalous Hall effect (known also as the extraordinary or spin Hall effect), magnetotransport measurements provide valuable information on the magnetism of thin films. The Hall resistance / Haii is empirically known to be a sum of ordinary and anomalous Hall terms,... 

Magnetotransport measurements on n-type samples show no evidence for carrier-Mn spin interactions (Ohno et al. 1991). In particular, no magnetization-dependent anomalous Hall effect is observed within the experimental error. 

The magnetic properties of structures consisting of an (In,Mn)As layer grown onto an (In,Al)As with an composition of Al 0.15 and an AlSb buffer layer were examined by means of the anomalous Hall effect. The weakening of hysteresis with the increase of the intermediary (In,Al)As layer thickness was observed. This may result from a decrease of overlap between the Mn spins in the (In,Mn)As layer and the holes accumulated at the (In,Al)As/AlSb heterointerface (Munekata et al. 1992). 

The Kagome lattice involves a triangle as a basic unit. On the triangle, the mechanism by Kumar and Shastry [18, 31] for the anomalous Hall effect will be available and explain the experiments by Wang et al.
