The intent of this requirement is to provide a means for assuring management of performance and alerting them to potential and actual problems. Management need to know whether projects are proceeding on course and hence periodic reporting is necessary to provide management with factual data on which to make decisions. The results of these measurement should be reported at the planned project reviews as required by clause 4.2.4.3.

In a molecule like this, it would be theoretically possible for Hx to present as a 16-line multiplet but it is extremely unlikely that you would be able to count this many as there would almost certainly be a considerable overlap between them. When these latent conditions create an unfolding situation, the safety barriers present in an organization can be seriously affected. In the past, methamphetamine use and abuse in the United States was most prevalent in individuals who needed to remain awake and alert due to the nature of their occupations— long-haul truckers, for example—and in some fringe members of society. Today, however, it is predominantly used by white males in their 20s and 30s and is becoming more popular with teenagers at dance clubs and raves. For these reasons, methamphetamine can be considered a club drug. Methamphetamine use is also increasing among homeless people, prostitutes, and runaway youths. 

Methamphetamine was widely used by soldiers in World War II because its potent stimulant effects kept them awake and alert for longer periods of time and increased their physical endurance. One infamous user of methamphetamine during wartime was one of the most evil men of the twentieth century—Adolf Hitler. Hitler started receiving daily injections of methamphetamine from his personal physician Dr. T. Morrell in 1942, and it was reported he could not function without his daily doses. Hitler also took many other drugs (perhaps over two dozen), including Cola-Dalmann tablets that contained caffeine. Hitler also dispensed methamphetamine to his troops so they could fight for days on end without sleep or food and outlast the endurance of enemy troops. 

The final category is termed the sleep-wake schedule disorders. These are seen in people who get their days and nights turned around. The most common examples are shift workers and travelers with jet lag. Additionally, in the elderly, especially those with dementia, a malfunction in the circadian biological rhythm that regulates sleep can leave them awake and alert at night but drowsy and sleeping during the day.
