Alt beers

THIS CHAPTER CONTAINS AN ASSORTMENT of interesting styles associated with one or more regions of the world. The styles do not necessarily share a common heritage, nor are they necessarily similar in flavor or style, but all are interesting beers and are often brewed and revered by homebrewers for their unusual flavor characteristics. In this chapter, we include Scottish Ales Strong Ales and Barley Wines German Ales (alt and kolsch) Belgian Ales (lambic, trappist and abbey, wit). 

Top- fermenting Low flocculation German wheat beer, ale, stouL koelsch, alt, Belgian special beer styles (Witheer, Trapist heer), African indigenous hear styles, etc. S. cerevisiae...
