Workplace Epidemic of Violence

Dennis Johnson, clinical psychologist and president of Behavior Analysts Consultants, a management firm base that closely tracks workplace violence, stated, Workplace violence is the new poison of corporate America. It is not just a reflection of a violent society, but of that violent society interacting with workplace dynamics that have significantly changed from 10 or 15 years ago (Dunkel, 1994, p. 40).
