Woollen carpets

Hashish is also produced in considerable quantities in Persia by rolling and rubbing the flowers, stalks and leaves of hemp on rough woollen carpets and subsequently scraping off with a knife and making into balls or sticks the adherent resinous substance. The carpets are afterwards washed with water and the extract obtained by evaporation sold at a low price. 

Wool-Nylon. Nylon has been blended with wool in order to give additional strength to the yarn or fabric, it is used mainly in tbe woollen industry for coats and jackets and, to a lesser extent, for socks and carpet yams. Both fibers are dyed with the same products, however the fibers have different affinity to them. Generally level dyeing acid dyes are applied. 

Spinning lubricants for semi-worsted and woollen system especially suitable for carpet- and upholstery yarns free of mineral oil, antistatic. 

In another study, 0.25%- pynelhrins + 1. 0% PBO applied from domestic aerosol cans protected woollen cloth from attack by webbing clothes moths for up to 27 months and by carpet beetles for shorter periods when the treated articles were stored in the dark (Bry et vl., 1477).
