Hawboldt et al. (1994) have also reported data on anchorage dependent Vero cells grown on Cytodex I microcarriers in 250 mL spinner flasks and they are reproduced here in Table 17.14. 

You are asked to determine the adjustable parameters in the growth model proposed by Frame and Hu (1988) 

The parameter estimation should be performed for the following two cases
