Update Benefits and Costs

In developing your implementation strategy, you should review experience with other projects, particularly Quality Management projects. 

Once you have developed a detailed plan, you should once again revisit the expected benefits and costs. If anything has changed significantly, you will need to bring this to the attention of senior management as early as possible. 

Following the assessment of existing systems, you will have been able to update your projection of the potential benefits. For example
