Two Simple Tests for the Characterization of RP Phases

The tests just described undoubtedly provide useful and accurate information however, they represent an effort that is justifiable probably only in the least laboratories. A few years ago, using results from several studies, we developed two simple tests that have proven to be effective isocratic runs, no buffer, retention time less than 10 min - and at the same time yielding interesting information. They are briefly outlined in the following
