Trim tab

Guidance type two channel radio control, visually guided to target. 4 movable trim tabs on wings for steering. 

Tvariation of this missile can be built without the control mechanism or movable trim tabs. 

Stall these assemblies into the wings. Glue a small retaining block over the ends of the dowels to hold them in place. Test the movement of the trim tabs in the wings. They should turn freely.

The trim tabs are bonded in place by a combination of rubber-based contact adhesives (for initial grab ) and an epoxy film adhesive for the ultimate bond.

Next, cut two pieces of V4" wide by. 005 thick tab ribbon. These tabs are the power take off tabs. They can be cut long, and trimmed to the desired length when the fuel cell is finally assembled. One tab is connected to the hydrogen side take off connector and the other to the oxygen side edge take off connector. You will be able to solder one of the takeoff tabs with the compression screws on, but the other takeoff is on the other side and you will need to solder that when you take the sandwich off the PVC plate and turn it around. Tin the tabs before soldering. Cover a portion of the power take off tabs with a liquid electrical tape to insulate them from touching the compression screws and aluminum channel bars. 

Trim the tab ends that extend beyond the bus wire. Note that this is a negative bus wire, connected to the PV cell faces. 

The plastic package structure and assembly flow of semiconductor devices are shown in Fig. 2. The semiconductor chip is mounted on a tab lead frame, and the chip bonding pad is connected by a gold wire to the frame. The assembled frame is placed on a molding die, and then transfer molded. After that the outer leads are trimmed, formed, and metal finished (e.g. solder dipping or plating). The final products are tested electrically and then shipped to the buyers.
