Triggered assembly

AP2 and clathrin AP2 is a protein complex that binds to a specific receptor on synaptic vesicles and plasma membranes to trigger assembly of clathrin for endocytosis. 

To make the crossbow, first the outline of the stock is drawn on the wood and cut out with a jig saw or a coping saw. To assemble, replace safety catch, safety lever and trigger. Assemble slide and cock it. Push safety catch into notch of trigger. Put in extractor and lever pin. Insert slide and push it down, keeping extractor close to its place, in base of barrel. Attach lever. Take out lever pin, bring lever into the Joint, replace the pin, and secure it by giving small scrow above it half a turn to the right. Tighten the screw which was loosened under the barrel.
