Figure 6 shows the residence time around a tube, as a function of distance from the tube. Particles were taken randomly from the bulk to be irradiated as tracers. The tracking time for each experiment was approximately 1.5 h. 

The time resolution is under software control with programmable delays of three track times to 3000 seconds between acquired spectra. The lower limit is due to the lag phenomenon discussed above. A problem commonly met in criticality work is the assessment of the criticality of an array of different interacting units. In principle, a Monte Carlo code could estimate the criticality of such a system by tracking neutrons in the normal way. In large arrays the tracking time can be prohibitive. The alternative is to use a method referred to generally as the interaction parameter method 14). Let... 

The old process resulted in a lack of control over the timing of releases. This, in turn, hobbled financial planning. Often, sales were tied to key events in the marketplace. Temporal analysis is used for bolus tracking (time-density quantification), functional maps of local perfusion parameters (of heart and brain), contrast-enhanced MRI of the breast, cardiac output calculations by measuring the volume of the left ventricle over time, multiple sclerosis lesion growth / shrinkage over time, regional cardiac wall thickness variations and local stress/strain calculations, and in fluoroscopy, e.g. the freezing of the stent in the video by cancellation of the motion of the coronary vessel.
