The agricultural landscape in Australia

While New Zealand can truly claim to be green , Australia also has extensive green agricultural zones along the south and eastern seaboard and in the southwest of Western Australia. The centre of the country is without doubt arid semi-desert, though of course this is the basis of a significant tourist industry which is now one of the largest earners of export income for Australia. [Pg.191]
