Test carried out in an industrial environment

These points are especially sensitive because it is at the level of the turbo-pump that the reagents vaporize. 

This reaction results in many variations of temperature which can further leakages from airtight joints. 

During the different tests carried out on a cryogenic Vulcain engine, we have been able to observe several situations where the airtight system has failed. These situations have allowed us to test the efficiency of the device designed to detect hydrogen leaks. 

To ensure the accuracy of the results obtained using Sn02 sensors, gaseous samples, taken at the level of the sensors, are simultaneously analyzed by a mass spectrometer set on the hydrogen molecular mass. 

For this kind of application, the Sn02 sensors appear perfectly usable.
