Temporary pulse generator

The settings on a temporary pulse generator may be changed in various ways to meet the patient s specific needs. This illustration shovt a single-chamber temporary pulse generator and gives brief descriptions of its various parts. 

Capture and sensing thresholds should be tested once the pacing catheter is placed.
