Successful application of PS metallized with copper strongly depends on understanding of the Cu films structure to find more efficient methods to optimize the corrosive deposition process. This paper presents a structural characterization of the Cu films deposited on PS, emphasizing its dependence on technological regimes and porosity of PS. [Pg.479]
