If available, Haz-Mat team personnel in proper protective equipment should be used for rescue, recon, and/or agent identification. 

Select team personnel and ensure their attendance at all review meetings. 

Ensure the personnel listing is updated when there is a change in the review team personnel. 

One aspect of clinical research that requires extensive contribution by the drug development team personnel is study monitoring. Study monitors oversee the planning. 

Mean Time To Restore (MTTR) is a term created to clearly include both diagnostic detection time and actual repair time. Of course, when actually estimating MTTR one must include time to detect, recognize, and identify the failure time to obtain spare parts time for repair team personnel to respond actual time to do the repair time to document aU activities, and time to get the equipment back in operation. 

The correct selection of the number of divers necessary to complete a specified task goes some way to ensuring the safe conclusion of any diving operation. While Regulation 6 of DWR and the ACOP indicate the minimum team size to be four -supervisor, diver, standby diver and tender - the Diving Project Plan, in addition to detailing the task and associated risks, will address the requirement for diving team personnel and should specify and justify the team size necessary for a particular task. 

Inspection team personnel shall be present during the inspection of the approved equipment at all times, shall observe fuUy the inspection, and shall discharge this responsibility without unnecessary delay. 

If at any time the inspection team cannot comply with OPCW Regulations the inspection activities will cease until such time as a waiver is granted in accordance with paragraph 7 below. In the case of difficulties, the provisions of paragraph 3.3.3 below shall apply. Inspection team personnel are also responsible for their own safety and shall comply with advice from OPCW health and safety representatives at all times. At hazardous sites, inspection team personnel must remain constantly aware of their personal environment and must be alert to the activities of others in the immediate area. All members of an inspection team are required to comply with the OPCW Health and Safety Policy and Regulations and also with the inspected State Party national and site-specific health and safety policies and regulations, and, where appropriate, also with those of a relevant Host State. 

An inspected State Party shall have the right to ensure comphance by aU inspection team personnel with its national health and safety pohcy and regulations and with local, or site-specific requirements and regulations giving consideration to the need to protect national or site confidentiality and in this regard ... 

During this handover period the commissioning team personnel record their reservations on plant acceptability for correction by the construction team. It is essential that during this period standardized paperwork is used, otherwise misunderstandings can occur. It is important to define the responslbili for accepting satisfactoi completion of items on the reservation list.
