Target information databases

Target Information database - The Database contains information such as Protein-Protein interactions, Metabolic and Signaling Pathways, Transcription factors, post-Translational modifications, Disease information, various Drugs and Clinical compounds and the Companies of interest. 

Target inhibitor databases with information extracted from both Journals as well as Patents and available for the following protein families as of 2005 with anticipated continuing growth projected ... 

In addition to Target SAR databases, other databases contain information on ADME and Toxicity parameters, information on proteins and signaling systems involved in the pathways specific genes/proteins, such as Sequence information, SNP details and their functions. Information is derived from public domain data as well as patents and scientific journal articles. 

Once magazines, newspapers, and databases are exhansted as sonrces of information, attention should shift to seeking more specific and targeted information. An inexpensive approach is to maU, e-mail, or otherwise distribute questionnaires to potential stakeholders to assess how they spend their time, what they perceive as their needs and preferences, and what factors influence their decisions. 

The above navigation and positioning systems allow positioning within approximately 1 m and a repeatability of 1 m. This accuracy is prerequisite for the usefulness of the geographical information database system with individual targets. 

Chemically related database searches can be used to estabhsh concepts and patentable ideas. For instance, searches have identified researchers using particular monomers in a potentially patentable latex formulation found precedents for a polymeric emulsifier summarized pubHcations of people being considered as consultants, expert witnesses, employees or speakers to an industrial group and provided market description information for a new pigment manufacturing firm to identify target markets.
