Suppliers vapor degreasers

In the last decade of the last century, many suppliers of solvent and equipment sought to develop alternate designs for open-top vapor degreasers — which would allow their offerings to continue to compete for business. 

One characteristic which can be used to differentiate among vapor degreasers from different suppliers is the rating of the provided boilup heater. Suppliers may provide a heater with a low rating so they can offer a machine with a lower price (or higher profit), and appear to offer a corollary benefit for the site — a reduced demand on the type and supply of electricity. 

A purchaser of a vapor degreaser should either specify the size of the boilup heater using the information above, or specify the required recovery time and solvent, and allow the supplier to provide the specification for the heater. 

In summary, if lip vents are provided with a vapor degreaser, don t use them. If the supplier recommends lip vents, consider another supplier. 

Global suppliers of vacuum enclosed vapor degreasers number as of 2013 number about one-half dozen. The machines (apparatus) of each supplier manage the contact between parts and solvent, and the storage of solvent(s), in ways which are similar and only slighdy different. 

They should be familiar to any reputable supplier of vapor degreasers.
