Space weather imagers

Furthermore, the choices made by the owners of the system (governments, ministries, other countries, etc.) create the humanitarian space in which the relief efforts have to operate. In addition, information may be local and decentralized (e.g., local security, truck rates, contracts, quality of service) or centralized (e.g., weather conditions, road network, satellite images). The resources may be available centrally or donated by agencies and operated by private agents, the military, or individual relief agencies.
