Some Inducible Enzymes of the Liver

The inducible enzymes are listed in Table II. The data are fragmentary but already indicate that several component enzymes are induced in four major systems the heme, microsomal oxygenase, gluconeogenic enzymes, and the direct glucose oxidation systems.
