Ruby chard

Brilliant stems Ruby chard makes a brilliant splash of color, and because you can harvest just a few leaves and leave the rest of the plant to grow, it remains ornamental for quite some time. Rainbow chard, with a mixture of white, yellow, pink, orange, and red stems, has cheerful good looks, too.
