These data may be somewhat inaccurate since they were taken (by us) from a graph (Pons, 1980, Fig. 3), and furthermore are evidently preliminary. The predicted room temperature energies are E T (300°K) a 0.71 eV, and Eq (300°K) a 0.68 eV, again, with respect to the conduction band.
