In contrast to the Public Liability Insurance policy it is not usual to impose a Limit of Indemnity to the Employer s Liability policy. It also usually includes cover for all costs and expenses incurred with the insurance companies consent and extends to include the cost of representation of the Insured at proceedings in a Court of Summary Jurisdiction arising out of an alleged breach of statutory duty resulting in bodily injury or disease which may be the subject of indemnity under the policy. 

Once the fundamental Av = 1 selection rule is breached, the IR and Raman activities of an overtone or combination are governed by the same symmetry selection rules that apply to fundamentals, and these depend on the symmetry of the transition. We can determine this by multiplying the characters of the representations corresponding to each vibration that is excited. For example, if an a2 and a b2 vibration of a Cav molecule are both singly excited, we calculate the representation of the final state. 

A job description should incorporate health and safety responsibilities and accountabilities. It should take account of the physical and mental requirements and limitations of certain jobs and any specific risks associated with the job. Representations from operators, supervisors and trade union safety representatives should be taken into account. Compliance with health and safety requirements is an implied condition of every employment contract, breach of which may result in dismissal or disciplinary action by the employer.
