Recently limited versions of the reporting integrators have been introduced. These generally only calculate area percent automatically, but cost only 3000 to 4000. Only some of these can be upgraded to include the autocalculation capabilities found in the higher priced versions. An example of one of these is shown in Figure 6.37.

Along with the summaries and full reports, the applicant should provide an integrated report. Such a report integrates results from all pharmacology studies in a single, comprehensive analysis. Sponsors should provide a similar report for the toxicology information. 

The situation is further complicated by the fact that some authors use the symbol S for any of the above quantities, particularly for any of the quantities here denoted A, S and S. It is therefore particularly important to define quantities and symbols used in reporting integrated intensities.

General Considerations. Gas chromatographic analyses were performed on a Hewlett-Packard HP 5890A equipped with FH) detectors and an HP 3393A reporting integrator.
