Reminder advertisements

As an exception to the general rule that all promotional material must include information compatible with the SPC, however, some countries allow reminder advertisements , e.g. promotional aids such as pens and notepads. This type of advertising usually must not contain more than the brand or generic name and trademark but the rules vary from country to country. Table 9.2 summarises these requirements. [Pg.147]
