R Program

R is a program used to compute statistical results for sets of data. One of the commonly used data types in R is the data frame. This has many similarities to tables of data in a relational database, or tables resulting from an SQL select statement. Using the RODBC module, R can communicate with a RDMBS using SQL to read data into a data frame form and to write a data frame to an RDBMS table.

Other than the few voluntary initiatives, C R programs in various countries are supported by laws specifically mandating recycling of fluorescent lamps. Legislative back up is therefore preferable for an effective program.

If the computer is equipped to provide output of data on a cathode-ray tube, a camera may be used for recording a series of theoretical spectra computed from various sets of parameters, thus simplifying the search for a trial, theoretical spectrum that resembles the experimental spectrum.242 Output options for n.m.r. programs now include tables of energy levels and error parameters, and lists of progressively and regressively connected transitions that can be correlated with double-resonance experiments (see Part II, Section VI).

Another useful client program is R.6 It is used for statistical analysis of data and has some nice graphical capabilities as well. There is an add-on to R that uses ODBC to communicate with an RDBMS server.7 Consider the following R program.

In the next step, all components and (statistical) models described in this example are implemented in an R program. The implementation is described in the next example.

R/R-Program accepts as parameters R which is a positive integer specifying the number of registers (starting at register reg[0], there are R- -1 registers).
