Electronic structure calculations have been performed with the system of programs Gaussian94 (G94) [19]. Restricted Hartree-Fock theory (RHF) is used for closed shell systems, and Unrestricted Hartree-Fock theory (UHF) for open shell systems (radicals). The correlation energy corrections are introduced with Moller-Plesset perturbation theory up to second order, and results from spin projected calculations are used (PMP2 and PUMP2). 

Any chemical company can calculate Qby analysis of earlier project calculations. This simple and fast method (accuracy 60%) is mainly suitable for use in the stage of preliminary studies, when knowledge about the complete process is still very incomplete. For major petrochemical basic and intermediate products the factor is about 60 (t/a) (unit) (basic 1995).

This section provides an estimate of the projected (calculated) annual exposures to facility workers and TA-V collocated workers from normal operations in the HCF. Norma operations include all activities associated with the chemical extraction of isotopes the transfer of irradiated targets to the HCF, quality control assessment of the product material, the packaging of product material for offsite shipment, and the packaging and storage of the radioactive waste. 

The high amount of DMU issues, for example, collisions or low completeness in a specific design team, could reflect a lack of experience in the design team, faulty communication with other stakeholders, underestimation of the design complexity or merely under-staffing resulting in delays in the project calculations and costs.
