Progressive bundle system

The assembly sewing process is the most labour-intensive part of apparel manufacturing. The progressive bundle unit system is common in sewing room design. Recently, many manufacturers have installed unit production systems as a means to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Assembly involves a set of workstations in which a specific task of a pre-defined sequence is processed. 

Libraries were generated from iminoquinol ether and 11,2,4 tria/olo 4,3-a pyridinium perchlorate collections in the wells of a microtiter plate by potentiostatic microelectrolysis.72 The progress of electrolysis was monitored by microelectrode steady-state voltammetry, and product formation was screened by semi-quantitative HPLC/MS. A schematic of the employed four-electrode assembly and a photograph of that bundle in action in the robotic system are shown in Fig. 14.21. 

In solids that contain vascular systems. D, parallel to the vascular bundle may be twice as large as it is at right angles to the bundle. Furtheimore. in such solids, D, as determined from betch leaching tests increases as the panicle size increases (below a threshold size of 3-5 mm). In dense cellular materials, on the other hand, raptured surface oells make up a progressively smaller fraction of the particle volume as size increases D, consequently decreases slightly as particle size increases. 

By concentrating on the progress of the rope diameter, inclined length and search for elements protruding the rope bundle the test performance of the current system already lies in the required scope. A field test could already substantiate the suitability of the test concept. As critical defects on lifting ropes in mining generally appear macroscopically, the test velocity can be increased to up to 15m/s.
