Profit Pins

Inside the 3,000-mm big spider, clamping of the single molds is done using special pneumatic cylinders. For an optimal heat transfer, the aluminum molds are provided with so-called Profit Pins and a permanent release coating. [Pg.195]

On the outer side of the mold, the small conical plug enlarges the mold surface and improves the heat absorption and dissipation of the mold. Profit Pins can be partially attached (for a better heat absorption) in problem areas or fully attached. To shorten the production process, the planters shown in Figure 1.182 are provided with such Profit Pins. [Pg.195]

In spite of the described findings it is generally believed that - at least on module level - reproducibility and production-yield profit from inclusion of i-ZnO. It is obvious that the influence of localized flaws in the absorber film, such as pin-holes, is more severe if those are directly in contact with the highly doped contact layer [14]. Similarly, if the device properties are slightly inhomogeneous on a microscopic scale, the i-ZnO may be beneficial in terms of performance. Such inhomogeneities could be caused, e.g., by lateral bandgap fluctuations in the absorber film. In this case, the optimum resistivity of the i-ZnO will depend on the amount of fluctuations present [15]. [Pg.419]

Absorption pricing is based on a normal annnal prodnction rate R. The gross profit per nnit Acp/R is taken as a fixed percentage % of the fixed pins variable manufacturing costs given by the eqnation... [Pg.680]

According to administrative practice however, the SPV will not nsu-ally have profit in their commercial and tax acconnts, as any profit is dis-tribnted to the Jnnior Noteholders and therefore the tax liability would be annually assessed a on the basis of a Minimnm Profit margin. This Minimnm Profit margin is calculated pursuant to a cost-plus method (which is one of the traditional transaction methods favoured by the OECD in order to implement the arm s length principle). In accordance with the cost-pins method the Minimum Profit margin is expressed as a minimum percentage (in general 3 basis points (0.03%)) of the value of the company s indebtedness, that is, the notes issued. [Pg.930]
