Processing of Thermosets

It has already been mentioned in previous paragraphs that currently most fabrication machines designed for thermoplastics may also be modified for thermosets. However, a crucial problem is to avoid premature solidification 

Comparing compression molding to injection molding, the former comprises a longer cycle, in addition to difficulties in the fabrication process of delicate objects. On the other hand, compression molding is cheaper in cost of machine and molds, and there is less waste of material.
