Procedures for receipt and dispatch of hazardous substances

Some of this documentation follows from what has been discussed earlier. 

Incoming hazardous substances must be accompanied by a delivery docket that adequately identifies them by an MSDS if one has not been previously supplied and by any additional documentation on toxicological testing of the substance. If the purchaser requests it, the OECD new chentical summary assessment report - if one has been prepared - must be supplied, in some jurisdictions. 

Outgoing documentation will vary to some extent with the status of the cottsignor. However, as seen above, a manufacturer, importer or supplier must provide
