Procedure for turnover to the owner

The EPCM contractor should now be in a position to turnover the whole plant to the owner according to the following procedure

We the undersigned construction contractor certify that for the above defined works/equipment/functional systemjs)  

Operations A and B have been duly recorded on approved forms signed by both ourselves and the EPCM contractor and filed in the construction quality file
